The writing is not advice
The field notes describe what has been observed on specific properties with their own soils, drainage and exposure. They are not a recommendation for yours. Planting and grading decisions need someone standing on the actual ground.
Plants and outcomes
Anything said here about how a plant performs is drawn from real properties across Middle Tennessee, including the studio farm. It is reported honestly and is not a guarantee of what a different site, soil or season will produce.
