What happens to your details
The studio collects the minimum needed to reply to an enquiry, never sells it, and will delete it whenever you ask.

What is collected
When you use the enquiry form the studio stores your name, email address, the town or county you named, the commission type you selected, and your message. Nothing else is captured.
Why it is held
Solely to answer you and, if the commission goes ahead, to keep a record of how the conversation started. You are not added to a mailing list, and these details are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become commissions are deleted after twenty-four months. Project correspondence is kept for the life of the project and a reasonable period afterwards, as a record of the work.
Asking for it to be deleted
Email thegrassgirlnashville@gmail.com and your details will be removed and confirmed back to you. You do not need to give a reason.
